Meet Annie Klink
Education and Credentials
Annie received her Bachelor’s degree with Honors from George Washington
University in Creative Writing and Psychology. After graduation, Annie worked in mental health facilities including inpatient and residential treatment for eating disorders, mood and affective disorders and personality disorders. After 5 years of working in the field Annie went back to Loyola to pursue her Masters in Social Work which will be completed in spring of 2025.
Approach:
I am experienced in DBT, CBT, ACT and use a combination of evidence based approaches and traditional talk therapy to best meet the needs of my clients.
Target Population:
Adolescents and adults with severe mental illnesses. I have a background of working on Residential and Inpatient units for acute psychiatric needs. I have experience working with individuals suffering from bipolar, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, anxiety disorders and dissociative identity disorders. I believe in getting to know the full person despite the diagnostic label and am flexible in my approach to find something that works for you. Each individual is unique and requires active listening, understanding and empathy. I practice trauma informed care and my goal is to help you live a life worth living.Fiona works with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.

CBT, ACT, DBT, RODBT, talk therapy, trauma informed CPT.
