Meet Gabriella Ziletti
Gabriella Ziletti has earned a Bachelor of Social Work (2022) and a Master of Social Work (2023) from Loyola University Chicago.
Approach:
Gabriella seeks to help clients on their journey to a healthier being. Her goal is to help clients utilize their strengths to find healthy coping mechanisms for all kinds of situations life throws at them. Her therapy is person-centered as each client is a unique individual with their own life experiences. Gabriella provides a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can be themselves.
Target Population:
Gabriella works with a wide range of clients including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families.
Issues Addressed:
Gabriella is currently working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, communication problems, eating and food related issues, self-esteem, and family problems.
Therapy Type:
Gabriella uses a wide range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Gabriella also utilizes art, music, and mindfulness in her therapy.
