Kesha is a graduate student at Trinity Christian College, where she is earning her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
Approach:
As an African American Christian woman, Kesha brings a culturally informed and faith-sensitive perspective to her counseling work. She is passionate about creating a compassionate and empowering space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. .
Target Population:
Kesha works with children, teenagers and adults.
Types of Therapy Used:
Kesha utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients in navigating challenges and fostering personal growth.
Issues Addressed:
Anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, personal growth, life transitions.
